  • Cornstarch

Instructions
  1. First of all, you have to get around four and a half cups of fresh blueberries.
  2. Make sure that the blueberries are full of juice, otherwise you will not be able to make your strudel tasty.
  3. Take a large bowl and add sugar, cornstarch and blueberries in it.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well. Now, take a saucepan and put it on a low heat stove.
  5. Put the blueberries mix in the saucepan and heat it for few minutes.
  6. Don’t forget to add lemon juice.
  7. Remove the saucepan from the stove and place it aside for at least ten minutes so that the mix may cool down.

  12. It is extremely important for you to cover the dough with something (you can use damp cloth) in order to keep it soft.
  13. Now, grind the three dried sheets and put them in the bowl.
  14. Preheat the oven to around 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  15. Spray some oil on the baking sheet and sprinkle around 2 teaspoons of phyllo (dried) on the top of the blueberries filling.
  16. Then, you have to roll the dough to make an appropriate strudel.
  17. Normally, a strudel is around four and a half inches long.
  18. Place the strudels on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for around 15 minutes.
  19. Take the strudels out from the oven and place them aside so that they may cool down.
