Add 8 ounces of water in a sauce pan and put it on flame. When the water starts bubbling put out the burner and add one teaspoon of catuaba herb in it.

Now let the catuaba herb get soaked in it for the next 7 to 8 minutes. This will give you a catuaba tea with normal intensity. However if you need to have a catuaba tea with greater intensity then steep the herb in water for 8 hours and cover it with a lid.

Finally when the mixture is ready, take it out in a glass by putting a strainer on its neck. The catuaba tea is ready to be served.
