How to Make Chocolate Mousse for Valentine Day’s Meal

Chocolate mousse is a classic French dessert and is very popular across the world. Mousse is derived from the word “foam” and is considered to be a very richly flavoured yet a very light dessert.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving size: 2 to 3 people
Ingredients:
– Hot water (Four Tablespoon)
– Dark Chocolate Chips (250 Grams)
– Mini Marshmallows (150 Grams)
– Cream (300 Millilitre)
– Unsalted Butter (50 Grams)
– Vanilla essence (1 Teaspoon)

Take a saucepan and pour hot water in it before mixing in unsalted butter, mini marshmallows and dark chocolate chips.

Boil the mixture together until all the ingredients in it melt and become one.

Now take another bowl, and mix vanilla essence and cream with the help of a whisk until soft peaks start appearing.

Now fold the mixture of chocolate created in step 3 into the cream mixture created in step 4 and place it all in shot glasses and then refrigerate them for approximately 7 to 8 minutes.

Now take the glasses out and top them with chocolates chips or small strawberries before serving.
