How To Make Classic Guacamole

Classic guacamole is a very delicious dish and also very easy to make. It is important how well you make it as Guacamole is a Mexican dish. It’s a type of salad which is made of avocado along with its sauce and people love it around the world. This is made of avocado, its sauce and other necessary ingredients. You can prepare this dish several ways but always use fresh vegetables. In addition to all possible and necessary ingredients to enhance the taste and zest in the recipe, this cuisine can be used along with dinner or just as appetizer. Children and grown-ups all love this traditional and delicious delight. There are many ways you can make this dish but without using extra ingredients, the easiest way is to make it like a traditional salad.

Ingredients:
Ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled and pitted: 4
Lemons, juiced: 2
Minced garlic: 2 tsp.
Tomato, diced: 1
Cilantro, chopped: 1/4 cup
Diced red onion: 1/4 cup
Ground cumin: 1/4 tsp.
Jalapeño chiles or Serrano chiles: 5
Chiles seeded minced: 3
Salt and chile powder: To taste

    Wash all the utensils before preparing the recipe. In-fact always make a habit to wash all the tools and utensils before getting into any type of cooking related activity.

    After washing all the utensils, try to dry all the tools which will be used in cooking this recipe.

    Take a bowl and put avocados in it. Mix it well and combine coarsely mashed avocados as it will enhance the taste.

    Now put some lemon juice in the bowl and stir together until firm.  Minced garlic and diced tomato are also to be mixed in. Mix all the ingredients and wait for few minutes.

    Now combine all of the mixture into the avocado and stir together.

    Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Now your recipe is ready. Serve it with tortilla chips.
