How to Make Coffee Body Scrubs
Coffee has long been used by luxurious spas, resorts and massage centres as an ingredient for body scrubs. The use of caffeine can help minimize the appearance of varicose veins and cellulite; whereas, the grounds play a big role in exfoliating old skin cells. Coffee scrubs are good for your body but can adversely affect the complexion of your skin.
If you decide to go for coffee scrub, you can easily make one using coffee already present in your kitchen.
Ingredients:
Coarsely ground coffee: 2 cups
Sea salt or raw sugar: ½ cup
Sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, apricot oil or a light massage oil: 3 tablespoons

Mix the ingredients
Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix them nicely. If you want to make the scrub for more than one use, you can double the amount of ingredients. -

Add-in options
If you want to, you can add brown sugar or vanilla extract to the mixture, which will make it sweeter. In order to give your scrub a strong and sharp scent, you can also add a dash of cinnamon.
Most experts prefer perfumed oils, as they are highly concentrated and pure. By adding just a touch of perfume oil, you can have an amazing scent in your scrub. -

Apply on your skin
You may apply the scrub to your skin once it is complete. However, make sure that while applying the scrub, your skin is damp or wet. Do not use the scrub on dry skin.
It is highly recommended that you apply the scrub on your body during a shower. This way, you will easily be able to rinse it off after application. Having applied the scrub directly on your skin, you need to gently rub it in a circular motion with the help of your fingers. The circular motion is going to assist you in distributing the caffeine to get rid of cellulite and varicose veins. -
