Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 1¾ cup
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Milk: ¾ cup
- Sugar: ¾ cup
- Salt: ¾ tsp
- Baking powder: 2 tsp
- Butter or margarine, melted: ¼
- Egg, gently beaten: 1 large
- Orange zest: 1 tsp
- Dried cranberries or chopped fresh cranberries: 1 cup
- Almond or vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Cooking spray or canola oil
Instructions
- First of all, you have to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, take a bowl and put some flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cranberries in it. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of beater.
- Take a pan and add some butter in it. Put the pan on the stove and melt the butter. After that, add the melted butter in another bowl along with the orange zest, vanilla extract, almond, milk and egg. Gently mix all the ingredients.
- Now, you have to add the butter mixture into the bowl containing the flour mixture. Then, again stir all the ingredients well.
- Spray the muffin tin with the canola oil. If you don’t have canola oil, you can use any other cooking oil.
- After that, you have to fill all the muffin cups with the mixture. Don’t fill the cups to the top, just fill two-third of each cup.
- Place the muffin rack in the oven for around 20 minutes. Bake the muffins until they become brown.
- Take the muffins out of the oven and keep them on the wire cooling rack to cool down a little bit.
- Your muffins are ready to be served. Enjoy!
