Instructions
-
1
Add milk to one bowl
Take a large bowl and fill it halfway with milk. Make sure that the bowl is washed properly and completely dry. -
2
Add eggs and seasonings
Crack the eggs and put them into the milk. Moreover, you can add your favourite seasonings to this mixture and stir continuously for half a minute until all the ingredients settle down nicely. -
3
Fill another bowl with flour
Take another dry bowl and fill it with flour. As per your taste, add some pepper and salt to it and mix it with your hands. -
4
Cut the onions into rings
After removing the skin of the onions, cut them down in medium sized rings. Make as many rings as you like, but one large onion will be enough for a couple of people. If you have not added salt to the flour, you can sprinkle it over the rings too. -
5
Heat oil into a pan
Add vegetable oil into a dry pan and heat until it really gets hot. Make sure to keep the heat low once the oil reaches the desired temperature. The quantity of oil should be enough so that the onion rings can be dipped into it properly. -
6
Dip the onion rings into milk
Once all the mixtures are ready, dip the onion slices into milk one by one. Repeat the dipping process at least three or four times. -
7
Cover the soaked rings with flour
Once the onion slices are completed soaked in milk, dip them into the flour bowl and role them over twice. -
8
Fry the onion slices in the pan
The rings will now be ready to be fried. Put them into the pan with vegetable oil and continue frying until they get golden brown. -
9
Place the onions in the plate
Put the onions into a plate covered by paper towel, so that the oil drains out of them. -
10
Serve the onion rings
The onions rings are now ready to be served; you can use them with your regular meal, just to add that crispy taste.
