How to Make Diet Friendly Superbowl Snacks
Watching the superbowl with your family and friends is one of the best ways to spend the weekend. It tends to bring everyone together and gives them a sense of belonging and well being.
At the same time, it creates a pact between everyone, which becomes unbreakable in the future.
However, at these gatherings, you need to have the appropriate food, or people end up going a little crazy. However, in order to ensure that you have food and to not get everyone to gain a lot of weight just because of one day, you need to make sure that the food that you use is diet friendly and not harmful to anyone’s health.

1
Use meat
Now everyone out there has slowly but surely started to become a health buff, this has resulted in everyone wanting to eat a whole lot more protein and low carb food. In order to fulfill these requirements, the best thing to do, is to serve a lot of chicken.
This can be done in the form of low carb wings, or nuggets, or any other form of finger food that you can create easily.
At the same time, try and make sure that the sauce you are using to serve the food doesn’t have a lot of sugar or other such items in it. Since if it does, it would ruin the purpose of serving the healthy food in the first place. -
2
Vegetables
Make sure you serve a lot of vegetables. Mix them up with the chicken you are serving so that your guests don’t suspect much. If they start to figure out that you are only serving them vegetables, they might end up revolting against you, which is something that you don’t want to happen on superbowl Sunday. -

Nuts and water
Now instead of going mainstream and serving chips, go ahead and opt to dish out nuts instead. Eating nuts is not only better for your health, but they have far less carbs and on the long run, they are going to be very beneficial for your guests health.
At the same time, avoid serving soda pop, or any other fizzy drinks, instead serve plain water. Some people might not like what you are doing, but you are technically looking out for them, so their body might end up thanking you later on as it is.
