A jar of cookies should always be at hand to satisfy afternoon and late night cravings. Do not be upset if the jar of chocolate chip cookies you baked disappears in no time. Chocolate chip cookies are a favorite of everyone. They can be devoured on their own, with milk and with hot drinks.
Ingredients
- Chocolate cake mix: 1 (18.25 ounce) package
- Vegetable oil: ½ cup
- Eggs: 2
- Butterscotch chips: 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat 350 degrees F so that it is warm and ready when you place in the cookies to cook.
- Whip the eggs in a small bowl. Open the cake mix packet and pour the ingredients into a large bowl. Combine the mix with oil well.
- Now add the eggs to the mixture. Use a wooden spoon to mix everything together. Add the butterscotch chips to the mixture and mix well.
- Use the wooden spoon to drop the dough on cookie sheets. The amount of dough determines the thickness and size of your cookies. The cookie sheet should be un-greased, unlike the method we use to bake cakes and bread.
- Bake the cookie for ten minutes. After their center is set, let them cool down for two minutes before you remove them from the sheet. Let the cookies cool down on a wire rack. You can serve right away or store in airtight jars to use later.
