Ingredients:
– 8 ounces of uncooked elbow macaroni
– 2 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 cups of milk
– 1/4 cup of butter
– 2 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
– 1 pinch of paprika

Prepare macaroni according to the package directions, and drain it.

Take a saucepan, and add some butter or margarine in it. Now melt it on medium heat. Add flour in the saucepan, and stir together to make a roux. Add milk slowly to roux, and continue stirring the roux. Add cheese, and cook it over light heat until the cheese is completely melted, making the sauce a little thick. Put prepared and drained macaroni in a large casserole dish, and pour the sauce over it. Whisk it together properly.

Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and brown in the saucepan. Spread the mixture over the macaroni and cheese. Take paprika, and sprinkle it a little at the top of it.
