How to Make Edible Cookie Paint

Painting cakes and cookies is a fun food craft project for people of all ages, particularly kids. While there are a number of ways to decorate cakes and cookies – including frosting, coloured sugars, candies and jellies –  using edible cookie paint is a simple and great way to liven up your baked goods. Unlike frosting, edible cookie paint is a bit thinner and is painted on the baked goods with a paint brush. There are numerous recipes for making edible cookie paints, from simple versions that use only food colouring and sugar, to shiny versions which combine whipped cream, milk, powdered sugar and artificial food colouring. The ingredients used in all these recipes are edible and health friendly.

    Basic Egg Cookie Paint

    Things Required:

    - 2 eggs
    - 1 tsp. Water
    - Food colouring
