How To Make Egg Bhurji
There are many tasty and yummy dishes found in the Subcontinent. Indian and Pakistan cuisines are one of the best ones in their spices, flavour and taste. Many people across the world appreciate the taste and try to make similar dishes. However, replicating the exact taste is not possible, although quite similar levels can be achieved. This is primarily due to the fact that the spices available in the area are different due to their taste.
One of the most famous dishes that is frequently made in Pakistan and India is Egg Bhurji. This is a dish made of scrambled eggs, onions, chillies and spices as per taste. People generally fancy it with rotis/chapattis/bread.

Ingredients:
Eggs: 3
Onion finely chopped: 1
Tomato finely chopped: 1
Ginger-Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Salt: To taste
Oil: 2 tbsp
Zeera/Cumin Seeds
Red Chilli Powder
Haldi/Turmeric: 1/2 tsp

First of all, beat the three eggs in a bowl with a spoon and keep them on the side. You will use this ingredient later in the recipe.

Take the frying pan, put Zeera, oil in it, and heat the items on the stove.

Wait for the Zeera to sparkle, once it does, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and onions in the frying pan.

Make sure you keep stirring the items in the frying pan, otherwise it is likely to get too much brown and ruin the dish altogether.

Once the onions turn light brown, add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder to the frying pan.

You need to keep stirring the frying pan and wait for the tomatoes to be mashed completely. Stir vigorously if you have to.

Once the tomatoes are mashed completely, add eggs you beat earlier to the frying pan.

The eggs will absorb the paste and will scramble. Keep them stirring to avoid them sticking to the base of the frying pan and wait for them to dry up completely.
