How To Make Emu Oil Lip Balm
Emu oil has some special characteristics that it completely goes into the pores of the skin and gets absorbed quickly because of its natural fatty acids. If your lips become rough due to dryness, you can use the emu oil lip balm to provide them the necessary moisturiser.
If you can’t afford to buy a commercial emu lip balm from a store because it is too expensive or you just don’t consider it good for your lips. You can easily make your own emu lip balm in your home. All you need is to have few ingredients which you can buy from anywhere.
Things required:
– Emu Oil, Beeswax and Almond Oil
– Honey
– Cocoa Butter
– Small Tubes

First of all, you have to get the emu oil, beeswax and almond oil. Then, get a saucepan and put all the three ingredients into it. After that, put the saucepan on a stove and let the mixture melt on low heat.

Now, let the mixture cool down and stir in the avocado oil, vitamin E, almond oil and the other essential oils.

You have to mix it until all the ingredients blend well.

Afterwards, pour the lip balm into the small tubes and let it congeal.

You can also create oil lip balm with the help of honey. Just melt the beeswax and cocoa butter in a saucepan on a stove over low heat. Then, stir it continuously until the beeswax melts down and remove the saucepan from the stove. After that, you have to add the emu oil into the mixture and combine the honey into the mixture to make it thick. You can add vitamin E capsules into the mixture as per your requirement. Finally, you have to store the mixture in the small tubes to use them for your cracked lips afterwards.
