How to Make Garlic Bread from Scratch
Garlic bread is a delicious sideline mostly served with spaghetti, pizzas or pasta. It is extremely easy to make and has a unique taste to it.

Utensils: Mixing bowls, Oven, Baking pan
Ingredients:
For Bread:
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Warm water: 1 cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar and yeast: ½ teaspoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
For garlic butter:
Butter: ½ cup
Garlic cloves: 6 minced
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Combine the flour and yeast mixture
Take two separate bowls. In one bowl, add the all-purpose flour and salt whereas add yeast, sugar and the cup of warm water. You must wait until the yeast froths. When that happens, add the yeast mixture to the flour one and stir everything together until it is well combined. The resulting mixture will show in the form of a dough. Apply the tablespoon of oil to the dough and make sure it does not dry. Leave the dough for about an hour until in doubles in size. -

Shape the dough in the form of a loaf and bake
After leaving it for an hour, shape the dough in the form of a thin loaf. Use the knife to make diagonal cuts on the loaf to give it a nice look. Bake the loaf for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 350°F. When the loaf starts to turn golden, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool down for some time. -

Prepare garlic butter
When the loaf is being baked in the oven, you need to prepare the garlic butter. Add ½ cup of butter, garlic cloves, salt and black pepper together and mix thoroughly. -

Apply garlic butter to loaf and bake again
Cut the loaf into 1-inch pieces and apply the garlic butter to both sides of the slice. Repeat the same process on all slices and place them in the baking pan. Cover the baking pan with a foil and bake at a temperature of 400°F for about 10 minutes. A good way to check whether the slices are done or not is to see if the butter is melted and the slices have become crusty. Remove the baking pan from the oven and serve immediately.
