Instructions

1
Pre-heat the oven
First of all, pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 350°F. Make sure you do this while you are preparing the dough as the oven may take its time to heat up.
-
2
Prepare the dough
You need to spread the dough first. Do this with your hand nicely so that the dough does not break in between. Continue spreading the dough with one hand and by placing the other hand under it. Stop when you have reached about a 12-inch diameter. Once the dough has reached the required diameter, pinch the edges inwards to make the crust.

3
Add cheese, bacon and pineapple chunks
Add pizza sauce on the base of the pizza and spread it with the help of a spoon. Make sure the crust area is not covered with the sauce. Then add about two handfuls of shredded mozzarella cheese on the dough. Once the base is covered with cheese, add Canadian bacon and pineapple chunks. The bacon and chunks should not be bunched up on the base.

4
Bake the pizza
Place the dough in a baking pan and add it to the pre-heated oven. Keep the dough in the oven for about 20 minutes until the crust gets a bit crunchy. To check whether the pizza is ready or not, insert a toothpick inside the crust and if it comes out clean, you need to switch off the oven.

5
Serve when hot
Take the pizza out from the oven and serve it hot. Use the knife to cut the pizza into about six equal slices.
