Boiled eggs are traditionally served with seasoning after they are cut into fine slices. However, this is the modern age and people have started thinking out of the box. Heart-shaped boiled eggs are another way of adding more to the presentation style of your meal.
Ingredients
- - Boiled eggs – peeled
- - Milk carton or any juice carton - cut open, washed well and dried
Instructions
- Arrange the equipment accordingly in order to perform the activity smoothy.
- Boil the eggs.
- Take a carton, cut it with the help of sharp scissor and gently fold it in half lengthwise (end-to-end).
- Place a long round chopstick right in the center of a warm, soft and boiled egg.
- Pick two rubber bands and put them on both sides of the chopstick and the carton.
- Gently dig the attached chopstick into the warm boiled egg and set it aside for about 8 to10 minutes.
- Remove the rubbed bands from both ends of the chopsticks and take the chopstick off with great care.
- Check the egg out from all angles in order to find out that either it’s perfectly heart shaped or not.
- Take a sharp knife and cut the egg in half.
- Arrange the gorgeous heart shaped boiled eggs in a large serving platter and serve warm. Enjoy!
