How to Make Homemade Blackhead Remover

Everyone desires clean and clear skin but just wishing will not help as you have to take some extra care to actually retain the freshness of your skin. Among other things, blackheads are one of the biggest skin problems faced by most people. Blackheads usually appear on the tips of noses, and look very ugly. Most of them are not easily removed and you need to apply certain formulas to clear the skin. However, the procedure for their removal does not need to be very expensive, and you can simply whip up a couple of  homemade blackhead removers to get the job done.

    Take rice and some milk, and soak the rice in the milk for about five hours. Then, pulse the soaked rice in a blender until you get a grainy paste. This paste can now be used as a scrub on the areas with the blackheads.

    If  having to wait for five hours is not your thing, and a quick remedy is what you are looking for, you can rub some lemon juice on the blackheads twice or thrice throughout the day. You can also apply a mixture of lime juice and cinnamon powder on the blackheads to yield similar results. Let it remain on the affected area overnight, and you can rinse it off in the morning.

    You can also remove blackheads by grating raw potatoes and then rubbing this mixture on the blackheads. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with clean water.

    Make a paste of crushed fenugreek leaves and water, and put it on your face, leaving it on for 15 minutes before removing it. You need to repeat this procedure every night to prevent blackheads. It is very helpful when it comes to keeping your skin fresh and clear.

    You can also make a paste of coriander leaves and turmeric powder by mixing the two in water. Use this paste as a mask and apply it on the face to clear the skin of blackheads.

    Another way to get rid of blackheads is by taking oatmeal, grinding it in a blender until is is coarsely powdered, and then adding rose water to it. Rub it onto the area with the blackheads, and then remove it after 15 minutes by washing it off with water. It is recommended that you use cold water here.

    Another home remedy requires baking soda mixed with water to form a paste. Rub this paste onto your face, on the areas where you have the blackheads. Leave the paste on for about 20 minutes, and then rinse it off. It is recommended that you use warm water here.

    You might be surprised but honey also helps in removing blackheads from your skin. Just smooth the honey onto the affected area and then remove it after 15 minutes.
