How to Make Homemade Chamomile Tea
Chamomile herbal tea is one of those relaxing drinks that most of us love to enjoy after having a long tough day. Not only does it help in relieving weariness but it is also very beneficial in reducing sleep disorders, migraine headaches and certain digestive ailments. This refreshing tea is prepared using fresh chamomile flowers that are white and yellow in colour. It’s quick and easy to make and can be prepared by anyone. Just get the chamomile herb and infuse with hot water along with honey and your tea is ready. Don’t forget to make sure that the herb is fresh with blossoms intact since this herbal tea is prepared using the flowers and not the leaves.

Utensils: Saucepan, teapot, drainer, serving cups
Ingredients:
Chamomile Flowers: 4 tbsp
Honey: to taste
Mint leaves: as per taste
Water: 8 oz

Firstly add 8 oz of water in a saucepan and bring it to boil.

In the meanwhile take the chamomile herbs and gently remove the blossoms from it.
Now add 4 tbsps of fresh chamomile flowers in the pot. Also add honey to taste and mint leaves into the pot as per your personal taste. -

When the water has boiled, remove it from the flame. Now pour it into the pot over the chamomile flowers and stir well. Let the flowers immerse in water and leave it for a while.

After about 2 to 3 minutes, the water will be fully infused with the chamomile blossoms. Place a drainer on the teapot’s neck and drain it out.

Finally pour the tea into the cup and serve. Enjoy sipping on this wonderful tea to help you unwind and relax.
