How to Make Homemade Garlic Bread
Garlic bread is a delicious appetizer which is served mainly before meals. The dish is easy to make and can be prepared within half an hour.

Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 350°F. You need to set the temperature first so that the oven is hot when you place the bread in it. Keeping the bread on the table and waiting for the oven to get hot may waste time afterwards. -

Cut the bread stick
There are two ways to cut your bread stick. You can either cut it in half while placing it horizontally and the second way is to cut slices of the bread instead of cutting it in half. The popular method is cutting slices of the bread as that provides a better taste. -

Butter each slice of the bread
Take each slice and butter it with the help of a knife. After buttering each side, sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder on each slice. Place each slice in a tray after you butter it. -

Place the slices on a cookie sheet
When you are done with all the slices, place them in a cookie sheet. Another good way is to wrap all the pieces in a tin foil and close the foil by hand temporarily. You need to make sure that the cookie sheet is non-stick otherwise the bread will stick to the bottom while baking. -

Bake the bread
Place the cookie sheet or the tin foil in the heated oven and bake the bread for about ten minutes. The bread has to be golden brown in colour when it is ready. After that remove it from the oven. Serve when hot as that will give you the best taste.
