Pepper grinder or spice grinder

First thing that you need to do in order to make a delightful Horny Goat Weed tea, is to grind the horny goat leaves. In order to do that, you can use a pepper grinder or a spice grinder. You have to chop the leaves in a pinch with a handheld vegetable chopper if you don’t have grinders in your kitchen.

Use 1.3 oz of these horny leaves using kitchen scale.

Once you are done with the scale, scoop the portion of the leaves up with a teaspoon and put that mixture in the tea diffuser.

Now, put the tea diffuser in a mug and add boiling water to it.

Steep tea for at least five minutes before removing.

However, before drinking it, let the tea cool down for a while as it will be so hot that you can burn your lips. In order to have some sweetness in the taste, you can add a little honey to the tea if you want to.
