How to Make Hungarian Crepes
Hungarian crepes are a perfect addition to your regular meal. They are very delicious and nutritious and are mostly served without any filling. However, you can add any filling like blueberry jam, chocolate pudding, apple sauce with cinnamon, strawberry, apricot, vanilla pudding and ground walnut or banana to add more taste to the crepes.

First of all, you have to mix solid ingredients with liquid until they become totally homogenous. It is extremely important for you to mix them slowly, otherwise you will not be able to get the desired consistency.

2
Take a frying pan and put it on a medium heat stove. Then, add few drops of vegetable oil in the pan. Take a little bit of palacsinta (Hungarian crepes) mixture and pour it in the pan.

The mixture will dry up (cook) after a while. So, keep checking it from the bottom and turn the side when it becomes a little brown. Now cook the other side for a while until it becomes brown too.

Take the crepe out from the pan and place it aside for a while. Then, add your desired filling right on the top and roll it up. The amount of batter you have made through this recipe will give you around 15 to 20 rolls of palacsintas, depending on the size of the crepes you choose to make. You can also cut them into several pieces if you want.

Don’t forget to sprinkle the powered sugar on the top of the rolls before serving as it will add more taste to your meal.
