Prepare the fish
If you buy fresh fish from the market, you will have to prepare it before cooking. Using a sharp knife, you will be required to peel the skin off, and slice the meat into small pieces.. You can also buy fillets from the market, which can be easily prepared and don’t take much time to cook. -

Defrost the fillets
You will have to defrost the fillets first, so make sure to remove them from the refrigerator. It is ideal to let them dry for more than 10 hours, so that you don’t face any issue while baking them. The best thing you can do is to leave the fillets overnight, so that they will be completely dry until morning. -

Once the moisture has been removed from the fillets, preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This is quite important otherwise you will be unable to get the desired taste after cooking the fish. -
