Kris Kringles are one of the most delicious and easy to cook cookies. You can easily make them at your home for your friends and family. All you need is a little time and few ingredients.
Ingredients
  • Apple cider vinegar - ½ cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 2-1/4 cups
  • Butter, softened - 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
  • Baking soda - 1tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Dried cranberries - 2 cups
  • (6 squares each) Baker'S white chocolate, chopped - 2 pkg
  • Chopped Planters pecans, toasted - 2 cups
Instructions
  1. First of all, you have to preheat your oven to around 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Then, take a bowl and put butter and sugar.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. After that, add eggs and vanilla essence and mix again.
  5. Now, add salt, baking soda and flour in the egg mixture and blend them well again.
  6. Then, add nuts, chocolate and cranberries.
  7. Take a spoon and put rounded spoonful of the batter on the baking sheet.
  8. It is extremely important for you to spray the baking sheet with cooking oil so as to avoid sticking.
  9. Don’t put too much oil on it as it will make it too slippery.
  10. Place the baking sheet in the oven for around 10 to 12 minutes.
  11. Keep an eye on the cookies.
  12. When they turn brown, take them out and keep them aside to cool down.
  13. You can prepare a mix of white chocolates, walnuts and almonds as a topping.
  14. Don’t put too much topping as it may ruin its original taste.
