Kris Kringles are one of the most delicious and easy to cook cookies. You can easily make them at your home for your friends and family. All you need is a little time and few ingredients.
Ingredients
- Apple cider vinegar - ½ cup
- Eggs - 2
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Flour - 2-1/4 cups
- Butter, softened - 1 cup
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
- Baking soda - 1tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Dried cranberries - 2 cups
- (6 squares each) Baker'S white chocolate, chopped - 2 pkg
- Chopped Planters pecans, toasted - 2 cups
Instructions
- First of all, you have to preheat your oven to around 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Then, take a bowl and put butter and sugar.
- Mix them well.
- After that, add eggs and vanilla essence and mix again.
- Now, add salt, baking soda and flour in the egg mixture and blend them well again.
- Then, add nuts, chocolate and cranberries.
- Take a spoon and put rounded spoonful of the batter on the baking sheet.
- It is extremely important for you to spray the baking sheet with cooking oil so as to avoid sticking.
- Don’t put too much oil on it as it will make it too slippery.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for around 10 to 12 minutes.
- Keep an eye on the cookies.
- When they turn brown, take them out and keep them aside to cool down.
- You can prepare a mix of white chocolates, walnuts and almonds as a topping.
- Don’t put too much topping as it may ruin its original taste.
