Ingredients:
Large egg: 1
Fat-free egg substitute: ¼ cup
Vegan sugar: ¼ cup
Fat-free evaporated milk: 2 cups
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Rum: ¼ cup
Freshly ground nutmeg: 1 teaspoon

    Break one large egg into a mixing bowl and sprinkle it with ¼ cup of sugar.

    Top the sugar mixture with 2 cups of fat-free egg substitute.
