Two cups of Bisquick
One cup of milk
Two eggs
One tablespoon sugar
One teaspoon baking powder
One tablespoon lemon juice
One teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Put the ingredients in a medium bowl

Once you have arranged the above mentioned ingredients and you are ready to make melt in your mouth pancakes, take a medium bowl. The size of the bowl is important as it should neither be too small nor should it be very large; otherwise, the pancake will not be as presentable as you want them to be.

    Mix the ingredients

Now take bisquick, milk and eggs and mix them in the bowl nicely. These ingredients can be easily mixed using a spoon or a mixer. Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and vanilla in the mixture and stir again. However, keep the batter a little lumpy and don't beat it too much.

Once you are done with stirring, pour ¼ cupfuls of batter on a preheated greased griddle. You need to cook the mixture until its edges turn firm and dry. Melt in your mouth pancakes are supposed to be golden; cook them till they are.
