How to Make Mojitos with Lime Juice
One of the most popular drinks during the summertime in the United States is a Mojito. It is a cool refreshing drink which originated in Cuba. The lime juice added in Mojitos further liven up the taste and produced amazing aroma. There are different variations of making Mojitos and you can easily put it together in your home after following some simple instructions. You can always serve Mojitos when you throw a party as it is an inexpensive drink that will definitely impress your friends and family.

Mojitos with Lime juice
Prep time: 10 min
Total time: 15 min
Yields: 1 drink
Utensils: Tall glass, muddler
Ingredients
Fresh mint leaves: 6 or 7
Lime juice: 2 ounces (60ml) or 3 lime quarters
Bitters: 3 drops
Light rum: 2 ounces (60ml)
Sugar cane juice: fill glass within 2 inches of the rim
Club soda: as required
Crushed ice: as required
Add bitters, lime juice and mint leaves
Get a tall glass and put 3 drops bitters, 2 ounces lime juice and six or seven fresh mint leaves. Then take a muddler and crush them together. Remember that bitters are either bitter or bittersweet flavourings. You can easily find these ingredients at your local liquor store.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and rum
After muddling you need to fill the glass with crushed ice and pour two ounces of light rum in it.
Add sugar cane juice and club soda
Now pour two inches of sugar cane juice into the glass. Then pour club soda in the glass. Shake the mixture by putting another glass over the top. You are required to shake it for 10 seconds.
Garnish the drink
In the end you can garnish the drink with mint leaf and a lime wedge. -

Bacardi Mojitos with lime juice
Prep time: 5 min
Total time: 10 min
Yield: 1 serving
Utensils: Tall glass
Ingredients
Fresh Spearmint leaves: 12
Lime juice: 1 ounce (30ml)
Sugar: 4 tsp or you can use 2 tbsp of simple syrup
Ice: as required
Light rum (recommended Bacardi): 1 ½ ounces
Club Soda: as required
Lime wedge and mint spring: as required
Add lime juice and spearmint leaves
Get a tall glass pour in lime juice and 12 fresh spearmint leaves. Muddle them afterwards.
Fill glass with sugar, ice, rum and club soda
Next you need to add sugar and ice in the glass. Later pour rum and club soda, stirring them properly in the glass.
Garnish with lime wedges and mint
In the end you can use lime wedge and mint spring for garnishing purposes.
