    Plain Yogurt Face Mask

    This simple mask is packed with the exfoliating and bleaching properties of pure and plain yogurt.

    Ingredient:

    - 1 tablespoon yogurt – plain and pure

    Procedure:

    Place 1 tablespoon of pure and plain yogurt in a small bowl and blend it with a fork or spoon until a little bit watery and smooth. Now apply it all over your face, except eyes, eyebrows and mouth. Leave the yogurt mask for approximately 15 minutes and then wash with cold water.

    Oatmeal Yogurt Mask

    It is simple to make and is very useful in cleansing and rejuvenating all skin types.

    Ingredients:

    - 1 tablespoon finely ground oatmeal
    - 1 tablespoon organic yogurt
    - 1 tablespoon pure honey

    Procedure:

    Mix together 1 tablespoon of finely ground oatmeal and an organic yogurt in a medium bowl until smooth. Place some honey in your microwave oven for few seconds until warm. Now add 1 tablespoon of warm honey to the oatmeal-yogurt mixture and blend using your hand or a whisk. Apply it all over face, excluding eyes and mouth. Now sit in comfortable position and let the mask work on your facial skin for the 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and then wipe dry with soft clean towel.

    Strawberry Yogurt Mask

    This mask is useful in refining facial skin and lightening the dark spots and discolorations all over the face.

    Ingredients:

    - 1 handful strawberries – fresh and ripped
    - 1 tablespoon ground almonds
    - 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

    Procedure:

    Remove the stems of the strawberries and cut them into fine slices, using sharp knife. Place the strawberry slice in a large bowl and mash them with a spoon or your hands until finely crushed. Add in 1 tablespoon of ground almonds and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Mix these ingredients until blend well and form a thick and smooth mask. Apply it to your face and neck, avoiding, eyebrows, hair, mouth and eyes. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

    Turmeric and Yogurt Mask

    It is useful in getting rid of the unwanted acne on your face.

    Ingredients:

    - 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
    - 1/2 cup full fat yogurt

    Procedure:

    Beat up 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 cup full fat yogurt in a bowl until mix well. Apply this mask on your face and sit in one proper position for around 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse your face with cold water and pat it dry with tissue paper.

    This mask is useful for discoloration and lightens facial skin.

    Ingredients:

    - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    - 5 drops lemon juice – freshly squeezed one is preferred

    Procedure:

    Combine 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and 5 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice in a bowl until mix thoroughly and form a smooth face mask. Apply this mask to your face and wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your face with cold water, pat dry well and enjoy.
