Grab a fine quality neon elastic ribbon of your choice and wrap it around your ankle in order to find out its width. Now, pick a sharp scissor and cut each side of the ribbon at an angle.

Move on and attach the scratchy side of the Velcro to each ends of the elastic neon ribbon.

Gently place the soft side of the Velcro on the inner side of your shoes (flats), exactly near the bridge of your foot.

Now, connect the Velcro on the elastic neon ribbon to the Velcro on your flats / shoe. Loop it properly and repeat the same procedure with the other shoe.
