How to Make Noni Juice at Home
Making noni fruit juice is a difficult process as it takes a very long time to prepare but still if you have patience you will successfully prepare it at home. You just need fresh noni fruits, some sugar and food colour to prepare. Along with a delicious taste, the noni fruit juice has many other health benefits which helps those suffering from arthritis, heart disease, digestive disorders, infections, gynecological problems, diabetes and cancer.

Wash your hands properly as it will make sure that whatever you are making is totally hygienic.

Before preparing the noni fruit juice, you must sterilize the large jar. Sterilizing can be done in many ways but you can start with the simplest which is to fill the jar with hot water and clean it with a sponge or you can also clean it with a washcloth.

Now you should pick ripe noni fruits as it will give you natural taste of traditional noni juice. You can see the colour of the fruit as well. Ripe noni fruit has a different colour than fruit which still needs some time to ripen fully. Honey-yellow colour is the best colour of ripe noni fruit.

Always wash the noni fruit and use after it fully dries. Wash well with cool clean water and try to avoid snapping the branches of the fruit. Remember to thoroughly wash the fruit to ensure that it is fully clean.

Take all the washed noni fruit and put it into the large jar. You should also seal it with a lid and always fix the lid properly onto the container.

Now wait for six to eight weeks for Noni fruit to ferment. You should also put the jar outside.

Now pasteurize the juice. Though you can drink the unpasteurized juice but usually pasteurized juice lasts long and also according to nutritionists is very safe to drink.
