Ingredients:
Whole bone-in ham (I prefer Cooks Super Trim brand): 15 lbs
Brown sugar: 1 lb
Yellow mustard: 1/2 cup

    First of all, you have to take a large bowl. Put yellow mustard and brown sugar in the bowl and mix them well. You have to mix them until they turn into a paste.

    Then, take the ham and remove all the fat from it. Clean it properly and place it aside in a plate.

    On the other hand, you have to prepare a baking pan. Spray some oil on the pan and put some brown sugar which will help cleaning up afterwards.

    Now, take the ham and place it on the aluminium foil. After that, pour some brown sugar on top. You can also use mustard paste as topping.

    Fold the aluminium foil completely and seal it properly.

    You have to preheat your oven to around 350 degrees. Then, put the ham in the aluminium foil on the baking pan and place it in the oven.

    Bake the ham for around 4 hours. It is extremely important for you to keep a check on the oven temperature so that the ham is baked properly and within the specified time.

    After baking, take the pan out of the oven and place it aside to cool down. It is very important for you to wear gloves while handling the pan and removing the aluminium foil from the ham.
