Ingredients
- Oreo Double Stuff Cookies - 10 pieces
- Lollipop sticks or wooden crafts - 10 pieces
- Wax paper or parchment
- White milk or chocolate chip - 1 and ½ cups
- Vegetable shortening - 1 and ½ tablespoons
Instructions
- Insert lollipop or wooden craft sticks into the centre of 10 Double Stuff Oreo cookies.
- You can now place the cookies on a wax paper or parchment.
- Grab a microwave-safe bowl and put 1 ½ tablespoon of vegetable shortening and 1 ½ cups of white milk or chocolate chip in it.
- Now you need to place the mixture in the microwave for 60 seconds.
- Having taken it out of the microwave, you need to stir is thoroughly to make sure that it is properly mixed.
- Until the mixture is smooth and creamy, you are required to microwave it repeatedly in 20-second intervals.
- You can now dip the cookies one by one in the mixture. You can completely cover the cookies with the mixture by twirling them around.
- Put the mixture-covered cookies on the wax paper or the parchment again.
- In order to decorate the cookies, you can use crushed nuts, colourful candy sprinkles, small pieces of candy, shiny nonpareils or sanding sugar.
- However, the decoration depends completely on your preference and according to the occasion.
- Allow the lollipops to cool down on the wax paper or the parchment for a few minutes before putting them in a refrigerator for approximately half an hour before you serve.
