Carbonara Pasta is more like spaghetti, served with slices of bacon in a sauce of cheese and eggs. It is a traditional Italian recipe in which you can experiment any worthy addition according to your own taste.
This dish is usually made from pancetta (a kind of bacon) but a vegetarian version of this dish can be prepared using seasonal vegetables.
In Italian cuisine, there are several methods to cook spaghetti and there are different ways to prepare the sauce. Though we can add cream in the recipe, the classic version of the carbonara pasta was without cream.
