How to Make Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Children love food that is easier to eat. Therefore, mothers should opt for some tasty recipes such as pasta, which is prepared quite easily and has got several nutritional benefits as well.

However, some people don’t like pasta without sauce, so one should be aware of some  recipes of different sauces, which can be served with this tasty meal. The most loved sauce of all involves tomatoes. It is easily made with plenty of health benefits.

Utensils: Bowl, Spoons, Kitchen Towel Paper, Pan, Plate, Food processor (optional), Pasta machine (recommended but not absolutely necessary), Groceries, Food Processors, Saucepans

Ingredients:

For Pasta:
Unbleached all-purpose flour plus additional for kneading: 2 cups
Eggs: 3 large
Water: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon

For Tomato Sauce:
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Minced or chopped garlic: 2 tsp
Whole tomatoes: 1 (28-oz.) can
Salt and pepper: To taste
Fresh basil, chopped: 1/4 c

    Mix all ingredients

    You will have to mix all the ingredients except flour in one bowl. You can either do this with your hands or use the food processor. If you don’t have the latter option available, you can easily use your hands, as it will not take much of your time.

    Mix the ingredients with flour

    Once you have blended the ingredients, separate them into a bowl and add some flour to it. You will have to mix everything properly now otherwise the dough will not be properly made and the entire recipe will go to waste.

    Shape the pasta

    You will now have to shape the pasta into small pieces. You can do this using a machine or with your hands. Both options will not cost you much time, and you will get the desired result. However, it is difficult to shape the pasta with bare hands.

    Cook for a few minutes

    Cook the pasta for a few minutes and it will be ready to serve.

    Assemble ingredients for sauce

    Once the pasta is ready, assemble all ingredients for sauce. Chop the tomatoes and boil some water.

    Add all ingredients to the pan and simmer

    Add all the ingredients into the pan containing water and simmer on medium heat. Once you get your desired thickness, remove the pan from the stove and serve with pasta.
