How to Make Pasta with Vodka Sauce
You can make quite a few sauces with pasta, which is loved by people of all age groups, especially children. Sauce is an integral part of any pasta and one of the most famous one is vodka sauce.

Ingredients:
For Pasta:
Unbleached all-purpose flour plus additional for kneading: 2 cups
Eggs: 3 large
Water: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
For Vodka Sauce:
Sweet onion, chopped: 1 large
Cloves garlic, coarsely chopped: 5
Extra virgin olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Crushed tomatoes: 2 (28 oz.) cans
Vodka, premium quality: 1 1/4 cups
Heavy cream: 2 cups
Fresh basil, finely chopped: 4 tablespoons
Tomato paste; 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can
Salt and pepper: To taste

Assemble ingredients for pasta
First of all, assemble all ingredients for pasta and counter check that you have everything available. -

Put all ingredients in food processor
Other than the flour, put all ingredients in the food processor in order to save time. If you don’t have it, mix them manually. -

Knead
Once all ingredients are mixed, add flour to them and knead for about eight minutes. -

Shape the pasta
Shape the dough into pasta. You can do this by using the pasta machine, but if you have the requisite skill, you can do it by hand. -

Cook
Finally, cook the pasta in the oven. It will be prepared in just a few minutes. -

Prepare vodka sauce
In a medium pan, heat the onions, tomatoes and garlic cloves on low heat. Wait until they get golden brown. -

Add vodka
Add some vodka in the pan and cook for half an hour. -

Mix cream and add seasoning
Finally, mix some cream and seasoning to the pan and simmer for a few minutes. Your appetizing vodka sauce will be ready to be served with the pasta.
