Steps to Make Peanut Butter Noodles
The combination of noodles and peanut butter may sound a bit weird, but believe it or not the end product is one of the most delicious you will ever eat. This dish will provide you the crunchiness of peanuts, the smooth texture of the peanut butter with the delicious taste of noodles.
It is an easy to make dinner recipe and can especially be a treat for your kids. The meal holds a good nutritional value, and can be a good break from all the conventional cooking.

Ingredients:
– (1/2) pack of noodles
– (1) tablespoon of oil
– (4) peeled and chopped garlic cloves
– (½) tablespoon of ginger paste
– (½) cup of peanut butter
– (¼) cup of roasted peanuts
– (1) tablespoon of soya sauce
– (1) tablespoon of brown sugar
– (1) tablespoon of vinegar
– (¼) cup of boiled water
– (1) finely sliced cucumber
– (1) cup of tattered chicken
– (½) cup of finely sliced green onions
– Salt as required

The first step in the preparation of this salad involves the preparation of noodles. Take a deep pot and add a pinch of salt into it. Now allow the water to boil. Once the water is boiled, dip the noodles into it and let them cook for 5-1o minutes. Now remove the noodles, put them in a sieve and rinse thoroughly in cold water so that the cooking process stops.

Now take a bowl and add the noodles into it. Please ensure that all the water has sieved off before you add the noodles.

Take the blender and add water in it along with, vinegar, soya sauce, brown sugar, peanut butter, ginger and garlic. Blend them well. Stop the blender once the mixture gets a smooth consistency.

Take a wok, and heat the oil in it for about 2 minutes. Now pour the mixture prepared in step 2 into the wok. Once the mixture is cooked starts to simmer, add the noodles in it along with chicken, green onions, cucumber, peanuts and salt to taste.

Your delicious noodles with peanut butter are ready; serve them after sprinkling some coriander.
