Instructions

The first step is to take pineapple juice in a large reseal-able bag, and add the pork chops. After shaking the bag gently, put it in the refrigerator preferably for an hour.

It should be done at least a couple of hours before the preparation. A lot people make a simple mistake by placing the juice-dipped chops in the refrigerator only for a few minutes. It is not a good move at all, because the chops need time to absorb the material.

Now you are required to drain the pork chops. After that, combine the spices such as rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. The mixture of these spices should be sprinkled evenly over the chops.

  • 3

Cut the pineapple. After peeling it nicely, cut it into eight spears at least.

  • 4

The next step is about grilling the pork chops and pineapple over medium heat. You will get the desired brown colour in 6-8 minutes. The pineapple, on the other hand, should be tender.

If you are using a meat thermometer which is actually not required, wait for the level to rise to 160 degrees before removing the chops from heat. When grilling, occasionally use teriyaki sauce.
