Prepare the filling. Most pinwheel sandwiches have a slice of cheese in them. You can use vegetable or meat deli slices in them. Vegetables like cucumber, radishes and carrots make great fillings. Cut the vegetables and meat in thin strips to make them convenient to be used as a filling.

Use a rolling pin to flatten the slices. This prepares the bread for making a good pinwheel. However, do take care not to tea up the bread with the pressure from the rolling pin.

Place the cheese slices on the bread. Top up with the filling. Roll the bread in length. However, make sure that all the content remain inside and does not spill. Keep the whole roll packed.
