How to Make Poppy Seed Muffins

Utensils: Medium sized bowl, Large bowl, Measuring spoons, Mini muffin tin

Ingredients:
Coconut flour: ¼ cup
Celtic sea salt: ¼ teaspoon
Baking soda: ¼ teaspoon
Eggs: 3
Agave nectar: ¼ cup
Grape seed oil: ¼ cup
Lemon zest (optional): 1 tablespoon
Poppy seeds: 1 tablespoon
Sugar (optional)

Instructions

    Add the dry ingredients into a bowl

    First of all, take the dry ingredients like coconut flour, salt and baking soda and mix them into a medium sized bowl. It is better to use your hands to combine these things, but make sure that your hands are completely dry otherwise you can use a large wooden spoon.

    Blend the wet ingredients into another bowl

    Take another bowl and mix all the wet ingredients into it. Start with the eggs and then pour the oil and agave. If needed, add the lemon zest as well and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds.

    Combine both mixtures in one large bowl

    Now put both the wet and dry mixtures into one large bowl and mix them together nicely.

    Sprinkle the poppy seeds

    Once everything is mixed up properly, it is time to spread the poppy seeds all over.

    Distribute the batter into the muffin cups

    Put one table spoon each of the batter into the muffin cups and bake them for about 10 minutes. Once it cools down, you can serve it to everyone.
