Instructions

  • 1

Boil salted water in a big pot for the spaghetti. While the water is being boiled, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in an oven on medium heat. Add onion garlic and parsley in that. Let the veggies cook until they become soft and translucent, which would take about 10 minutes. Let it cool at room temperature for a while when prepared.

  • 2

Moisten bread in a bowl using milk. Let the bread completely soak in it. Once the bread is soaked, squeeze the excess milk out of the bread and add that to the cooled onion mixture.

  • 3

Place the meat in another large bowl, adding eggs, parmigiano, season, salt and pepper in it. Mix that with the onion mixture with all its ingredients. Mix them thoroughly, and divide it into ten equal pieces, which you can eventually shape into meatballs.

  • 4

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the meatballs in a 3-count of oil in the frying pan over medium heat. Let the meatballs cook for 10 minutes or until they have turned brown from all sides.

  • 5

Put the cooked meatballs into a baking dish, topping them over half of the tomato sauce. Don’t forget to add the mozzarella and olive oil on them. Place the meatballs in the oven for about 14 minutes till the meatballs are properly cooked.

  • 6

Your spaghetti would have been prepared by that time. Drain and put them into a large serving platter. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce on them and mix it thoroughly. Once the meatballs are prepared, put them into the large serve dish. Garnish with pieces of basil leaves and cheese, and your Meatball Spaghetti is ready to be served.
