Steps to Make Spaghetti Marco Polo

Some people in Italy Believe that Marco Polo was the one who brought pasta from China to Italy. Spaghetti is as famous in Italy as it is in China. Italian Pasta is also world famous for its rich variety and flavours. The name of the recipe looks like a joke but this recipe really exists and is associated with the name of Marco Polo by the people who really believe that pasta is imported from china to Italy by Marco polo.

Ingredients:
spaghetti: 1/2 packet
fried peanuts: 1 cup
minced meat: 1/2 kg
capsicum: 1
red chillies: 4
basils: 6
green or black olives: 10
parsley: 1/2 bunch
black pepper: 1 teaspoon
garlic: 1 teaspoon
chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese: 1 tablespoon
salt: 1/2 teaspoon
oil: 3 tablespoons

Instructions

    Take a bowl and add some water in it, add spaghetti for boiling. Once spaghetti are well boiled, remove the excess water.

    Take a frying pan and heat oil , fry crushed garlic in it. Then add minced meat in it and fry it for some time and add salt in it along with black pepper, chili sauce and sliced capsicum. Fry again for a minute or two.

    Now add basil leaves in it along with chopped parsley and chopped olives. Now fry again for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn off the hob after frying.

    Take a platter and add half pack of boiled spaghetti in it, now pour the fried mixture on it. Now garnish it with Parmesan cheese, fried peanuts and red chillies.
