How to Make Spaghetti with Meat
Usually sautéed seafood or chicken is used in making different pasta dishes, but a meat sauce recipe can be equally good. With the right combination of ingredients, you can make this recipe in less than an hour. This healthy and easy to cook Italian dish makes for a good packaged lunch for your kids and partners and can also be served as a main course at dinner.

Utensils: One large cooking pot, colander, cutting board, knife, dinner plate (for serving).
Ingredients:
Spaghetti or angel hair pasta: One packet (16 ounce)
Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
Ground beef: 1 pound
Garlic cloves (finely chopped): 4
Onion (finely chopped): 1
Prego Fresh Mushroom spaghetti sauce
Black pepper: As required
Red pepper: As required
Salt: To taste

Boil spaghettis
Fill ¾ of a large cooking pot with water and bring it to boil. Also add one teaspoon salt and a sprinkle of olive oil to the water, Once the water starts boiling, add spaghetti to it and cook it for six to eight minutes or until al dente. Remove the spaghetti from the heat, run through a colander and put aside. -

Cook the meat
Heat two to three tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet and add one pound of ground beef or ground turkey to it. Cook the meat on medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. -

Prepare meat sauce
Pour two tablespoons of olive oil in a large cooking pot and heat it over medium-low heat. Add four garlic cloves (finely chopped) to the hot oil and sauté for a couple of minutes then add chopped onion and cook for another three to five minutes, until the onion is soft and transparent (not coloured). Now add tomatoes to the sautéed garlic and onions and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Once the tomatoes have softened, stir in one jar of the Mushroom spaghetti sauce and the cooked meat to the pot and cook for another 15 minutes. Add ¼ cup of fresh chopped basil leaves and two tablespoons of sugar and cook until basil leaves are soft and the sauce has thickened. Season spaghetti sauce with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. -

Serve spaghetti and meat sauce
Place boiled spaghettis on a dinner plate, pour meat on them and top with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
