How to Make the Best Apple Pie Ever

An apple pie is one of the most popular deserts in the world and once you taste a well-made apple pie, you would surely want to try that again. This desert is easily available in most restaurants around the world and many people love to have it after a nice dinner. Instead of spending your hard-earned money buying your favorite desert from the market, it is highly recommended that you learn to make it at home. By taking into account a few factors, you can make the best apple pie ever at home and earn appreciation from your family members as well as guests.

Utensils: medium sized stainless steel bowl, handheld mixer

Ingredients:
Frozen pie crust: 1
Caramel: 1 jar
Dried beans: 1 bag
Apples: 8
Sugar: 1 cup
Lemon juice
Salt: ½ tbsp
Cinnamon: 1 tbsp
Heavy whipping cream: 1 pint
Powdered sugar: ½ cup
Flour: 2 tbsp.
Butter: 1 heaping tbsp

    Frozen pie shells



    You can make your own frozen pie shells but it is recommended that you buy them from a local grocery store as they are not expensive.

    Peel the apples



    You are now required to peel and core 8 apples. Mix and match them if you want to. Slice the apples any way you want to once they are peeled. Now place these slices of apple in a large bowl before pouring in a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice and mix them nicely. Lemon juice will keep the apples from turning brown.

    Pie crust



    Place the apples aside and grab the pie crust from the freezer after you have preheated your oven to 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Now pour the dried beans over the pie crust, which should keep the bottom of the pie crust from rising. You can now place the pie crust in the oven and bake it for about half an hour. Remove it from the oven once it is brown and allow it to cool down. Once cooled, remove the dried beans from the crust.

    Mix the ingredients



    Add flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter in the bowl of apples and mix them nicely before placing them in the pie shell. You can now place the apple pie in the oven for about 45 minutes.

    Whipping cream



    Put all the content and the heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl and beat the mixture thoroughly before adding half of the powdered sugar. Make sure the sugar is nicely mixed. Now place it in the refrigerator and let it get chilled.
