Instructions

  • 1

    Heat some oil in pan

Cover the base of your pan with some oil, which will prevent the omelet from sticking to it. Remember to keep the flame low otherwise you will not get the desired results.

  • 2

Beat eggs in a small bowl

Take a few eggs and crack them into a small bowl. Beat them using a fork or whisk. Once you get a yellowish texture, start adding other ingredients. You can add salt and pepper at this stage too and make sure to mix them properly.

  • 3

    Chop other ingredients

Now, prepare the remaining ingredients, by chopping them down in a separate bowl. You can use as many vegetables as you like, but don’t experiment much as that might spoil the taste of the omelet.

  • 4

    Mix the ingredients with eggs

Combine the ingredients with the eggs and mix them together properly.

  • 5

Pour entire mixture into the pan

Once everything settles in nicely, pour the liquid mixture into the pan, coated with oil. Make sure that the flame is low otherwise you might end up spoiling the recipe.

  • 6

    Sprinkle cheese on the omelet

While it is being cooked, sprinkle some cheese on the omelet. This will definitely make the taste even better but this addition depends completely on your health and nutritional choices.

  • 7

    Roll the omelet in plate

Once the recipe is prepared, remove it from the pan and roll into a plate.
