Place ice cubes in a cocktail glass
Grab a nice and presentable cocktail glass and put 4 ice cubes in it. Make sure that the ice cubes are nicely frozen and you take them straight out of the freezer just before putting them in the glass. The cooler they are, the lesser they will dilute in the drink and will keep it cold for a longer time.
Most of the experts recommend that you put tonic water in the cube tray before freezing, and then use these tonic cubes for your Gin and Tonic. -

You can now add shot of gin to the glass. -

Add tonic water and lime juice
Add tonic water in the cocktail glass before you pour lime juice in it. Make sure that you stir well with the help of a spoon after adding the ingredients. -
