Utensils: Sauce pan or a stew pot, Large bowl, 2-3 Lbs of ice, Sharp paring knife, Long handled slotted spoon, Teaspoon, Kitchen paper towel
Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 5
Cloves of garlic: 5
Chilli powder: 1-2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Spice blend of your choice

Boil water in a pan
Boil some water in a pan and assemble the rest of the products in the meantime. -

Cut the tomatoes and put them into the pan
Using a sharp knife, peel off and cut all the tomatoes and put them into the boiling water. Make sure that the water does not dry out otherwise the tomatoes will burn. -

Add other ingredients
Add the remaining ingredients ( garlic, chilli powder and salt) one by one and keep stirring until everything settles in nicely. -

Cook for 30 minutes
Cook the tomatoes for another 30 minutes, so that they form a thick paste. Once you get the desired result, cool them down and serve with Cajun log later.
