Crushed ice: One cup
Milk: One cup

Raspberry jelly: One packet

Clean everything, which includes the kitchen work area that will be used. Also, be sure to wash your hands, utensils and ingredients that you will be using to put this smoothie together. Take a blender, add one cup of milk along with one cup of yogurt and blend them. Check the mixture while blending to get a decent texture which is smooth. You want your smoothie to be nice and thick so do not over blend the entire mixture.

Now in the mixture, add strawberries, blueberry filling, raspberry jelly, caster sugar and strawberry essence. Blend all of them to create a thick mixture. If you want your smoothie a little less sweet then you can always reduce the amount of sugar you use in this mixture. This will not have a serious impact on the overall taste or flavour of this recipe.

Now put crushed ice in it and blend until it gets smooth. Try not to use too much crushed ice as you do not want your smoothie to get too watery. Remember it is up to you as to the amount of ice that you want to use, as you will want your smoothie to be cold but not frozen.
