How to Make Tuna Burgers with Canned Tuna
Tuna burgers are the perfect meal as they are extremely delicious and nutritious. You can make it for breakfast, lunch or supper. In addition, you can easily prepare and serve it at parties or any family gathering.

Ingredients
Can tuna, drained: 1 (6 ounce)
Egg: 1
Italian seasoned bread crumbs: 1/2 cup
Minced onion: 1/3 cup
Minced celery: 1/4 cup
Minced red bell pepper: 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup
Chilli sauce: 2 tablespoons
Dried dill weed: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Ground black pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
Hot pepper sauce: 1 dash
Worcestershire sauce: 1 dash
Hamburger buns: 4
Tomato, sliced: 1
Leaves of lettuce (optional): 4

First, take a bowl and put tuna, egg, bread crumbs and onions in it. Mix all the ingredients well with each other. Then, add celery and red bell pepper along with mayonnaise and mix it together.

Now, add hot chili sauce, dill, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in the mixture as you blend them. After that, place the mixture aside for a while and start making patties with your hands.

Place the patties in a tray and refrigerate them for around half an hour. In this way, the patties will become firm and easy to fry.

Take a non-stick skillet and spray some cooking oil on it. Then, place the tuna patties in the skillet and fry them on a medium-heat stove. You have to fry them for around 3 to 4 minutes from both sides. Make sure that you turn the side at the right time, otherwise the patty will be overcooked which can affect the overall taste. Furthermore, turn the side of the patty carefully so as to keep its shape firm and to avoid splashing any oil.

Take the patties out and put them on a couple of paper towels to soak up all of the excess oil. Meanwhile, place some tomato slices on the buns and put one patty on each of them. Serve the burgers with cold drinks.
