Instructions

1
Cook the pasta in boiling water
Arrange a large pot and pour the water in it to be boiled over high heat. You should now add the pasta in the boiling water and cook it partially until it is tender. However, it should still be a little firm to bite. Stir it every now and then for about four to five minutes before you drain the pasta.
At the same time, you need to heat the olive oil over medium temperature in a large pan. Having added the onions and the garlic, cook for three minutes or until the onions start to get brown. -
2
Add the ground Turkey
Now you can add the ground turkey, half teaspoon of salt, Ā¼ teaspoon black pepper and continue to cook the mixture. However, you must stir it occasionally until the meat is cooked through and adopts a goldenĀ colour.
If you wish to, you can add the artichoke hearts and mix them nicely. Now, switch the stove off and allow it to cool down. -
3
Combine the mixture with ricotta cheese
Now add the ricotta cheese to the cooled Turkey mixture in a big bowl. You can also add the parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, parsley and more salt and pepper before stirring it thoroughly. -
4
Stuff the shells
In order to stuff the shells properly, the bottom of a 9 by 13 by 2 inch baking dish should be covered with a cup of Arrabbiata sauce. Grab a shell in your hand (palm) and stuff it through a large spoon or about two tablespoons of Turkey mixture and place the stuffed shell in a baking dish. You may continue to stuff the shells until the dish is complete. It can accommodate approximately 24 shells.
