How to Make Unleavened Bread Loaf

Utensils: Large mixing bowl, food processor, whisker, microwave oven, baking sheet, fork, rolling pin, serving platter/basket

Ingredients:
Flour: 2 cups
Salt: 1 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Egg yolk: 1
Oil: 1 tbsp
Milk: 1/2 cup

Instructions

    Rinse all the utensils to wipe out germs and dirt. Make sure there are no remaining particles of previously baked items as these unhygienic particles will affect the quality of your loaf.

    Take a large mixing bowl and put flour, salt and other ingredients of preliminary stage to mix them properly.

    Combine egg yolk, butter and vegetable oil in the food processor.

    Now add ½ cup of milk in the flour mixture and then ultimately pour this mixture into the butter mixture. Whisk it properly so that it becomes a smooth mixture. It should be in shape of firm dough.

    Knead the dough and then cut it into half. Compress the dough and place it in the disks to give a shape of a loaf.

    In the end, put the shaped dough in oven and bake it for 10 minutes or until it becomes brown.
