Now that you have everything you need, you can start making this team which will instantly relieve you of all the anxiety that you have been feeling. First, boil 10 cups of water in a pot placed on a stove. Once you see that the water is boiling, turn off the stove and place the pot on a burner which is not too hot.

Now, open just one valerian root capsule which should be of 450mg. Now put the contents of the valerian root capsule into the hot water and keep stirring until the contents are completely dissolved. You will not have any problem finding the valerian root as it can be found at the local grocery or at a health store isle.

When the valerian roots’ mixture is dissolved completely, add six bags of chamomile. You can also add any other tea if you want to. After this, let the mixture steep the water for at least five minutes.

With a small spoon, take a sip in order to judge the taste. If you feel that the liquid is not sweet enough, you can add 2 tsp of sugar and sir it well. However, it is better if you add honey to it as adding honey will give the tea an even better and more refreshing taste.
